Well have tried contact lenses today!! They felt okish, did 2 hrs today and can have them in for 4 tomorrow we shall see how it goes!

Diet is not really going at all, I am trying to be more active and that is not so bad living here but food is a pain as Andy is not very good at the moment which always makes food tricky as he never knows what he will want and often doesn't actually want anything!
